1994 she has worked with hundreds of San Jose area clients
charged with assault and battery, sales or possession of
narcotics, burglary, robbery, theft and identity theft and
other crimes.

Angel began practicing criminal law in 1994 representing
defendants in capital cases as second chair. In 2001 she
started her own firm, and continued to represent clients
in matters ranging from serious felonies, to misdemeanors
and infractions.

Angel was awarded her JD from McGeorge School of Law, Sacramento
CA, where she had made a name for herself as a finalist
in the state wide Trainer Moot Court competition.

Angel has been admitted to practice before all the Courts
of the State of California, the Federal United States District
Courts. She is a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association,
State Bar of California.

Keith
Sugar: Criminal Litigation, Civil Law and Landuse
Keith Sugar’s
practice includes all civil matters and emphasizes land
use law and real property law.
Mr. Sugar represents
homeowners, developers, environmental groups, and local
agencies.
He represents
clients in state and federal courts, as well as before legislative
bodies and agencies.
In 1998, Keith
Sugar was elected to the Santa Cruz City Council and served
as Mayor of Santa Cruz in 1999-2000.

land use law at San Jose State University in the Schools’
Masters of Urban Planning Program. Many of his former students
now work for planning agencies around the Bay Area.
